AdsGo.ai supports uploading creatives tailored to your brand type. Please follow the instructions below to upload your files correctly.
Supported File Types
Before uploading, ensure your creative files meet our format requirements. Only files with the following extensions are supported:
Images:
.png,.jfif,.pjpeg,.jpeg,.pjp,.jpgVideos:
.m4v,.mp4,.mov
Upload Methods by Brand Type
For Web E-commerce Brands (brand type: web_ecommerce)
Precise categorization is required. You can upload creatives by Category or by Product.
Category-based Upload
Click Upload Creatives.
The system shows a Category tab for classification.
Select the product category (fuzzy search supported).
Creatives will link automatically to landing pages you set up (editable).
Optionally, associate specific products — only products within the category appear.
Product-based Upload
Search for the product name directly.
Upload creatives related to that product.
Use Add Creative to upload multiple creatives across categories simultaneously.
For Non-ecommerce Web or APP Brands (brand types: WEB_non_ecommerce or APP)
Directly select files or drag & drop them into the upload box.
Click Confirm to complete the upload.
