How to Set Creative Validity Periods in AdsGo

To help you manage creative usage more effectively, AdsGo.ai allows you to set a validity period for each creative upon upload.

Setting the Validity Period

Once a creative is uploaded, a pop-up will prompt you to define its usage timeframe:

  • Start Date: Required. Defines when the creative becomes active.

  • End Date: Optional. If left blank, the creative will remain valid indefinitely.

The system will automatically activate or deactivate creatives based on these dates — ensuring your ads don’t use outdated content.

Managing Creative Periods

  • You can batch set validity periods for multiple creatives at once.

  • Or, you can edit each creative individually as needed.

Keeping your creatives within an effective timeframe helps improve campaign freshness and avoids overexposure.
